Our 1st and 2nd place winners in the Creative Outlook Cover Contest are selected by a panel of judges from all the entries, regardless of where they place in the popular vote. This is different from previous years when the Top 3 were selected from the 10 most popular entries. Our Peer Choice winner was determined by highest number of votes.
